Pocket Bernedoodles

Our Signature Small-Size travel friendly companion.

Pocket Bernedoodles are something I’ve really come to love in our program.

They’re smaller, easy to live with, and just fit so naturally into family life—without losing that classic Bernedoodle look and personality.

Most of our Pocket pups will fall around 10–20 pounds full grown, making them a great option for families wanting something a little more manageable day-to-day and while traveling.

This is something we’ve been thoughtfully working toward and are excited to begin introducing more intentionally into our program in 2026.

You may hear them called “Munchkin Bernedoodles,” but here at Boxwood, we simply call them Pocket—because we focus on raising well-balanced, beautiful dogs… not extremes.

I'm Lauren and this is my wonderful family. We take raising puppies very seriously and pride ourselves on every puppy who passes through our program. Without my little helpers and the big help of Ken, I wouldn't be able to passionately raise puppies beyond the standard they deserve. It's what makes the Boxwood Doodle's program different from others.

15 pounds of pure fluff and sweetness… this is Scout. 💕Just a happy, fluffy little thing… I swear I look at her and think, how are you even real!?

She’s a ruby tuxedo Australian Mtn Doodle from Sadie and Moss, from our hunting litter… and goodness she is just as cute as they come!

He is risen, and because of that, we’re reminded that hope is never lost, grace is always near, and love always wins.

Good Friday brings me back to what matters most… faith, family, and the many blessings we get to hold close. 🤍

This is Basil. Her family has been walking through a heavy loss, so I’ve been holding them closer in prayer for comfort and peace. Basil is deeply loved, and I’m so thankful for the way these dogs bring comfort in hard seasons. It’s immeasurable and pure.

Next week, Basil will be honeymooning with KC, and we’re planning for Pocket Bernedoodles… something I’ve been really excited about for a while now.

I’m truly so grateful for Basil, her family, and the trust they’ve placed in me. It means more than I can say.

She may be one of our smallest girls likely topping out at 12lbs but she carries herself like she knows exactly who she is!

Playful, confident, and so good with other dogs. Just an easy, happy little pup that fits right into family life.

Non-shedding and raised as your own through our Guardian Home program. We cover her yearly vaccinations and heartworm prevention. You provide love, snuggles, and food! That’s it!

Our 20 pound multigen mini Bernedoodle with the kind of steady heart you don’t come across every day.

He has a calm, easy going nature and fits so naturally into family life. He is the definition of the kind of dog we want alongside our children and in our home. Intelligent. Eager to please. Always ready for an adventure but just as happy to settle in close.

He’s held his rich color beautifully, and that soft, silky coat is just the icing on the cake.

Moss will be our main stud this year, and we’re so proud of the foundation he’s helping us build.

At 19 pounds, Brinkley is petite yet striking, and those crystal blue eyes make her truly stunning and rare. We are hopeful to continue seeing more of those beautiful blue eyes in the future of Boxwood Doodles.
