Puppy Application

At Boxwood Doodles, we take great pride in raising healthy, happy puppies in our home. Our puppies are thoughtfully raised using ENS, Puppy Culture, and BAB methods to give them the best possible start in life.

All puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee and will begin potty training around 3 weeks of age. Vaccinations and dewormings will be up to date, and each puppy will be microchipped before going home.

When you pick up your puppy, he or she will come home with a puppy pack, which includes a blanket, toy, treats, current food, and all paperwork (health guarantee, vaccination records, and vet clearance).
